Tres Casas Blancas is a collection of three thoughtfully designed two-story casas, each surrounded by the natural beauty of Montezuma.
One casa enjoys beautiful ocean views, while the other two are embraced by lush rainforest and tropical gardens. The layout of the property was intentionally designed to provide privacy between each home, allowing guests to enjoy their own peaceful space while still sharing the magic of this special place.
Each casa blends simple comfort with indoor-outdoor living. Built with traditional concrete construction, warm wood floors, and natural wood accents, the homes were designed to welcome the tropical breeze and bring the beauty of Montezuma inside.
The first floor of each villa features a comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a full bathroom. Step outside onto the private porch, settle into a hammock, and enjoy a quiet morning coffee, an afternoon read, or the sounds of the rainforest around you.
Upstairs, the "Inspiration Room", a spacious open room with large windows becomes a place of inspiration and relaxation. Filled with natural light and cooled by the ocean breeze, this flexible space can become whatever you need it to be—a creative studio, yoga space, reading retreat, workspace, or simply a place to slow down and reconnect.
Each casa includes two bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms, making them ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together while still offering their own private retreat.
Modern comforts are thoughtfully included without taking away from the authentic Montezuma experience. Each home features instant hot water showers, while the kitchens and bathrooms reflect the simple, tropical lifestyle of Costa Rica. A shared laundry area with washing machine is available for guest use.
With private parking for up to three vehicles and a location just minutes from Montezuma's beaches, restaurants, waterfalls, and village life, Tres Casas Blancas offers the rare combination of being surrounded by nature while remaining connected to everything you came to experience.
A place where mornings begin with birdsong, afternoons slow down in a hammock, and the rainforest becomes part of your everyday rhythm.
